Participation Is Voluntary
Participation in the Sky Valley Heritage Hunt is entirely voluntary.
Participants choose their own routes, schedules, transportation methods, and activities.

Assumption of Risk
Participation may involve:

• Walking

• Hiking

• Uneven terrain

• Weather conditions

• Vehicle travel

• Public spaces

• Crowds

• Historic locations

Participants knowingly assume all risks associated with participation.

 

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless:

• Sky Valley Heritage Hunt

• Event organizers

• Volunteers

• Sponsors

• Participating businesses

• Municipal partners

• Property owners

from any claims arising from participation.

 

Participant Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for:

• Their personal safety

• Transportation

• Appropriate clothing and footwear

• Compliance with laws and posted rules

 

Minors
Parents or guardians accept these terms on behalf of participating minors.
