The Sky Valley Heritage Hunt is a self-guided heritage tourism experience designed to encourage exploration of the communities, stories, landmarks, and history of Washington's Sky Valley region.

By creating an account, checking into locations, uploading content, or participating in the Heritage Hunt, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals of all ages.
Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians may be required to complete registration on behalf of minors.

Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:

• Follow all local, state, and federal laws

• Respect public and private property

• Follow all posted rules at participating locations

• Exercise reasonable caution and judgment

• Treat businesses, volunteers, sponsors, and fellow participants respectfully

The Heritage Hunt reserves the right to remove or disqualify participants who engage in unsafe, disruptive, or fraudulent behavior.

Check-Ins & Verification
To verify participation, the Heritage Hunt may utilize:

• QR code check-ins

• Verification codes

• Trivia questions

• Photographs

• Manual review

Participants may be asked to provide additional verification before prizes, awards, certificates, or challenge coins are issued.

Fraudulent submissions may result in disqualification.

User Accounts
Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. The Heritage Hunt may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Prizes & Recognition
Challenge coins, certificates, badges, and other recognition programs are subject to verification and availability. The Heritage Hunt reserves the right to modify or discontinue awards, eligibility requirements, or participation criteria at any time.

Website Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues may occur.

Intellectual Property
All logos, artwork, maps, written content, website content, and Heritage Hunt materials are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Imagery & Information
Historic photographs and materials appearing on this website are used with permission where required and remain the property of their respective owners. Credit is provided whenever known and reasonably available. If you believe an image has been incorrectly credited, please contact us so we may review and correct the record.
